Kudos to Elizabeth at Guilty Kitchen for whipping up these completely amazing-looking Double Chocolate Chili Brownie Cookies.
These remind me of drinking Mexican hot chocolate while visiting family in California... during summer I am all about healthy foods and fancy salads but winter makes me want to pull out my apron and bake. Mmmm... we had our first big frost last night and these (plus a glass of festive red wine) look perfect to take away the chill.
